Energy bursts are all around us - I aimed to capture the fast moving Summer sunset bursting off the buildings in this scene. I wanted to bring that wildness inside in a painting that could re-burst off the walls time and time again!
 
I marvel at the "Wizard hat" on this fabulous red brick victorian building; at how it jumps out at me every time I walk down the end of Fulham Road. I wanted to celebrate this popular and magical architectural feature.
