For me, this view from Trafalgar Square down Whitehall to the Houses of Parliament in London's Westminster is one of London's quintessential vistas. I went to Trafalgar Square to paint the delightful Square and National Gallery
for a Commissioned piece and turned around to be inspired by this view. I made a number of big flowing sketches and voila!
