Caroline founded her uniquely creative "ART SPA" in 2022 to provide workshops for others to share in her love for being fully engaged in the process of creating rather than focussing on the outcome.   These relaxing sessions of exploration and discovery in mixed media are designed for non-artists to get playful with art materials they may not have touched since school.

With a table full of colourful art materials  you will be gently guided on an adventure of exploration, fun and relaxation where your destination is the joy of discovery.
